Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, clean and returned in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, email veyra.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the error is ours.

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help.
