Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made through the VEYRA online store.

Products and prices

Product descriptions and prices are displayed on each product page. Prices are shown in euros. We may update prices, product information or availability at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and an order confirmation is sent. Payments are processed securely by the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery is free to France. Standard delivery generally takes 7–12 business days with tracking.

Returns and warranty

Returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds policy. Products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
